Can I cancel my order after I’ve submitted my payment?
You can request to cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours after your order was submitted. Contact Customer Support within 24 hours by emailing email@example.com.
Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after your order has been placed but while the item is still in transit will be subject to a return shipping and restocking fee of 20% of the price of your item.
What happens if I need to cancel my order after it has already arrived?
In this case, the cancellation will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for contacting a delivery carrier and paying for the return shipping charges. Please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the return shipping address for your location.
