What do I do if the item I purchased arrives defective?
- In the rare case that your item arrived with defects, contact CasaOne immediately upon receipt and no later than 30 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or filling out this .
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your claim to be fully processed.
- Please provide photos/video and a detailed description of the issue in your email. The more details the better.
- Defects include but are not limited to:
- Missing pieces
- Defective mechanism/electrical feature not resulting from misuse
- Major alignment issues
- Defects do not include:
- Natural variation in wood pattens/ coloring
- Slight color variation in fabric or paint
- Slight alignment issues
- Defects may be subject to the terms of the manufacturer warranty.
- If your defect claim is approved, you will receive a refund for the item.
- The return process may vary based on the manufacturer.
