Delivery Questionnaire

What information is needed prior to my delivery?

Below you’ll see an example of the delivery questionnaire you’ll need to fill out when scheduling your delivery, along with some tips to help us provide you with the best possible service. Be sure to fill this form out completely when scheduling your delivery.

Building description and delivery service information

This section asks a few basic questions to ensure our delivery team has no issues reaching your home so you can get your furniture right when you’re expecting it. Please add as much detail as you can. 

PLEASE CONFIRM THE FULL DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR THE LOCATION RECEIVING YOUR FURNITURE ORDER.

IF YOU'VE SELECTED CURBSIDE DELIVERY, PLEASE HELP US IDENTIFY THE POINT/CURB WHERE WE SHOULD DELIVER THE FURNITURE.

TO WHAT TYPE OF BUILDING IS YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED? (OFFICE, APARTMENT COMPLEX, SKYSCRAPER, HOUSE, ETC.)

WHERE CAN WE PARK? (STREET PARKING, DRIVEWAY, LOADING DOCK, ETC.) IF WE ARE PARKING IN A LOADING DOCK, PLEASE ENSURE ANY NECESSARY RESERVATIONS ARE MADE AND THAT THE DOCK IS LARGE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE FURNITURE.

ARE THERE ANY GATE OR DOOR CODES WE NEED TO ENTER THE PROPERTY? IF YES, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR WE CAN USE? IF YES, PLEASE ENSURE ANY NECESSARY ELEVATOR RESERVATIONS ARE MADE.

ARE THERE ANY STAIRS WE WILL NEED TO GO TO COMPLETE YOUR DELIVERY? IF YES, HOW MANY FLIGHTS?

DOES YOUR BUILDING REQUIRE PERMISSION FOR US TO ENTER? IF YES, PLEASE CONFIRM THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME WITH YOUR BUILDING.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER BUILDING RULES THAT WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

WILL YOU BE PRESENT WHEN WE ARRIVE? IF NOT, PLEASE INDICATE THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL BE PRESENT INSTEAD AND WHO YOU GIVE PERMISSION TO RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERY.

PLEASE LEAVE THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE PERSON OUR TEAM CAN CONTACT ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY.

Certificate of Insurance

If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance, it’s important we’re notified as soon as possible so we can prepare the paperwork for you prior to your delivery date. Not sure if you need one? Check out our Certificate of Insurance page for more info.

IS A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) REQUIRED FOR YOUR BUILDING? 

PLEASE NOTE THAT A $50 COI PROCESSING FEE IS APPLICABLE.

IF A COI IS REQUIRED, PLEASE FORWARD THE REFERENCE COI THAT YOUR BUILDING MANAGER CAN PROVIDE TO SUPPORT@CASAONE.COM AT LEAST 2 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE

Confirm a few final details to ensure a seamless experience

This section offers a few reminders to be sure you’re prepared for your CasaOne delivery as well as asks a few questions related to the accessibility of your home. 

*Note- You should measure the dimensions of your doorways and hallways and compare them with your furniture selections prior to placing your order. If you realize an item may not fit, reach out to us at support@casaone.com so we can help you select a different item. A re-delivery fee of $299 will apply if an item has to be exchanged after your initial delivery. 

PRE-EXISTING FURNITURE HAS BEEN CLEARED TO MAKE WAY FOR YOUR CASAONE DELIVERY

THERE ARE NO OBSTRUCTIONS TO BLOCK OUR WAY.

THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND FREE OF DIRT AND PESTS.

IF APPLICABLE, PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ELEVATOR OUR TEAM WILL USE TO COMPLETE THE DELIVERY.
