Payments & Credit Check

Understand payment options and methods when you buy upfront or enable 0% APR monthly payments from CasaOne.

What are my payment options?

You can pay the entire amount for your order when you checkout or you can pay in installments over 12 months. 

If you would like to prepay at any point before your 12-month term is up, please write to us at support@casaone.com with your order details.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

You can set up automatic ACH payments if you’ve chosen the 0% APR payment option or pay in full using a credit or a debit card.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid for it?

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after your order was placed. Please reach out to support@casaone.com if you need to cancel your order.

Is there a return policy?

If you change your mind, you can request a return within the first 3 weeks from the date of delivery and get a refund. Please note the furniture will have to be in its original condition and the refund will not include any delivery fees already paid. Return shipping fees may apply. Mattresses are non-returnable.

Are there any other charges or fees?

If your payment is delayed by 15 days or more, you will incur a late payment fee of $15.00 for every delayed payment. However, there are no other charges such as prepayment fees (yes, you can choose to prepay the entire amount at no extra charge).
