Defective Items

What do I do if the item I purchased arrives defective?

  • In the rare case that your item arrived with defects, contact CasaOne immediately upon receipt and no later than 30 days by emailing support@casaone.com or filling out this form
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your claim to be fully reviewed. 
  • Please provide photos/video and a detailed description of the issue in your email. The more details the better. 
  • Defects include but are not limited to:
    • Missing pieces
    • Defective mechanism/electrical feature not resulting from misuse
    • Major alignment issues
  • Defects do not include:
    • Natural variation in wood pattens/ coloring
    • Slight color variation in fabric or paint
    • Slight alignment issues
  • Defects may be subject to the terms of the manufacturer warranty. 
  • If your defect claim is approved, you will receive a refund for the item. 
  • The return process may vary based on the manufacturer.
