Here is how you can initiate a return request for the following reasons:
Changed your Mind:
- If you decide you’d like to return an item in good condition, first check if the vendor for your item allows returns due to a change of mind.
- If returns are accepted, please contact CasaOne by filling out this form.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return request to be reviewed.
- Our team will inform you of the return shipping charges.
- If you approve, our team will provide you with a return label.
- Your refund will be processed once your item has been inspected at the vendor's warehouse. We reserve the right to withhold a portion of your refund should additional damage be caused due to improper packaging.
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Received a Wrong Item:
- If the item you received is different from the one you ordered, please contact CasaOne immediately by filling out this form. Please also provide the following information.
- Photo/ video of the wrongly received item
- Photo of the label on the box
- Photo of the label on the item
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return request to be fully reviewed.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund or replacement. If a replacement is requested, please note that the new item shipment will be subject to the standard 3-4 week delivery ETA.
Received a Damaged Item:
- In the rare case that your item is damaged, contact CasaOne immediately or within the timeline specified for the brand of your item by filling out this form regardless of the return policy for the brand of your item.
- Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Photo/ video of the damaged item
- Detailed description of the damage
- Close up photo of damaged area
- Photos of the packaging (especially if signs of damage can be seen from the outside of the box)
- Photo of the label on the box
- Photo of the label on the item
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return request to be fully reviewed.
- Damage includes but is not limited to:
- Significant cracks in wood
- Major chips or scratches that cannot be easily fixed with paint markers
- Broken pieces
- Crushed corners
- If your return is approved, you will receive one of the following:
- Discount
- Full refund
- Partial replacement
- Full replacement
- If a partial or full replacement is requested, the new item shipment will be subject to the standard 3-4 week delivery ETA.
Received a Defective Item:
- If you have received a defective item, please contact CasaOne immediately or within the timeline specified for the brand of your item by filling out this form regardless of the return policy for the brand of your item.
- Please be prepared to provide the following information.
- Photo/ video of the defective item
- Detailed description of the defect
- Photo of the label on the box
- Photo of the label on the item
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return request to be fully reviewed
- Defects include but are not limited to:
- Missing pieces/hardware
- Defective mechanism/electrical feature not resulting from misuse
- Major alignment issues
- Defects do not include:
- Natural variation in wood patterns/ coloring
- Natural variation in stone and marble patterns/ coloring
- Slight color variation stock image due to studio lighting
- Slight color variation in fabric or paint
- Slight alignment issues
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund or replacement. If a replacement is requested, please note that the new item shipment will be subject to the standard 2-3 week delivery ETA.
